We’d like to invite you to be part of our Brokers, Agents, and Referrers Network (BARN). As part of our BARN, you get the opportunity to sell our properties with commission rates of up to 4%. On top of this, all collaterals and documents will be provided, and our in-house sales team will be working closely with you to do presentations, computations, and close the deal so that you can focus on what you do best: sales.

Referrals
We accept referrals and reward those who refer. We give a commission of 1% of the lot price. To earn the referral fee, the referral must complete at least 30% of the Total Contract Price.
